• 16 fragments per 6 genotypes = 96 total from Key Biscayne nursery (NB, MS, AS and BC).
• Field temperature ~24C
• Fragments at ERL (glass tank 1) by 1PM - Incoming water temperature was 24C
• DO NOT MOVE THE FRAGMENTS AROUND! Their position reflects their genotypes

• SIE fragments were infested with ophiuroids. They were removed using tweezers
• Temperature set to 25 C (AP) at 6:45 PM (AP)
